Where we stand on refunds, cancellations, and the travel services we do not sell.
1. Editorial-only operation
Travel Websites Directory LLC is an editorial publisher. We do not sell flights, hotel rooms, tours, packages, insurance, or any other travel service. We do not collect payment from readers in any form except optional voluntary contributions described below.
2. No refunds for editorial content
Because the website is free to read and we do not collect payment for our articles or guides, there is nothing to refund. The site requires no subscription and no account.
3. Newsletter
Our newsletter is free. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every issue, or by contacting us at hello@travel-websites-directory.com. There is no cancellation fee because there is no fee in the first place.
4. Third-party providers
If you book a flight, hotel, restaurant, tour, or other service mentioned in any of our articles, your contract is with that provider, not with us. Refund, cancellation, and change requests for those services must be made directly with the provider. We have no authority to issue refunds or to influence the policies of any third party.
5. Practical guidance for readers
Our Flight Change Guides describe in detail what to do when you need to change or cancel a flight, including how airline refund policies typically work, what waivers may apply, and how to keep documentation organized. Use those guides as a starting point.
6. Future paid services
If Travel Websites Directory LLC ever offers a paid product or service in the future, a specific refund and cancellation policy will be published on this page before that product or service becomes available. Until then, this page reflects the only relevant policy.
7. Voluntary contributions
If we ever accept voluntary contributions or donations to support the publication, those contributions will be non-refundable by their nature, and that fact will be stated clearly at the point of contribution.
8. Disputes
If you believe a charge has been made to you in the name of Travel Websites Directory LLC, contact us immediately at hello@travel-websites-directory.com and we will investigate. Genuine erroneous charges will be refunded in full.
